Dear Ones:
I’m glad to be home after a meaningful and enjoyable Good Friday trip to the Scranton area. My car got a well-needed workout after lying dormant during my long siege of illness. It’s good to be back “in the saddle” at the Mission where God is doing some unusual things. My heart is so grateful for the myriad of encouraging greetings received for my 91st Birthday (on “Income Tax” day). Yes, it was “taxing” in more ways than one! I went to the Mission to teach the Word and was greatly blessed with a definite move of the Sprit in several lives. A visitation of holy conviction was evident in the class, followed by a victorious deliverance of a demonic “stronghold” in a staff member. Beloved, this is what I would call a “Happy Birthday!” PTL!
By God’s healing grace I have been enjoying my recent days. During this past horrific year I’ve tried to “walk by faith” regardless of my feeling; but lately the Lord has graciously “thrown in” some good feeling with the faith! How I’ve blessed the Lord for all the “little things” that I’ve taken for granted in the past.
I have been released from my visiting nurse and physical therapist. My healing and strength have greatly progressed being enhanced by my daily exercise and eating routine. I’m still using a cane mostly for balance, but hope to be walking “normally” before too long. This would be a great milestone after some 11 years of stumbling around like an “ol’ man,” Ha! Thanks and God bless you for your effective prayers in my behalf.
For some time I’ve been exercised about God’s purpose for me in my present stage of life. This concern has been a target of satanic accusation which has caused me many bouts of mental anguish. Just recently the Spirit of God heard my cry; He has burdened me anew to minister truth and encouragement to God’s remnant in these last days. The world is going to Hell, for sure, but, sadly the present-day church doesn’t seem far behind! It’s essential that believers recognize their ID in Christ (Rom. 6); likewise, we need to appropriate the present, available fullness of the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8); only then will our lives attract precious souls to our Savior and prepare us for His Glorious Return. “Even so come, Lord Jesus.”
With love and joyful gratitude,
Pastor Bill
Eph. 5:18

God bless you Bill,
Thank you for your faithfulness to the LORD.
